二、我们如何收集和使用您的信息

为实现本应用的核心功能（包括注册登录、车辆绑定与管理、车辆控制、车辆轨迹记录等）以及保障服务安全，我们会在遵循最少必要原则的前提下，基于不同的业务功能收集和使用您的个人信息。除非另有说明，如您拒绝提供对应信息，可能会导致相关功能无法实现，但不影响您使用与该功能无关的其他服务。

1. 注册与登录功能

   为创建和管理您的RFN账户，我们会收集并使用：

   • 账户信息：手机号码、邮箱地址（如适用）、用户名、头像（如您自行上传）、密码或经加密处理的密码校验信息。
   • 身份认证信息：在法律法规或风控需要的情况下，可能收集您的真实姓名、身份证号等实名信息（如适用）。

   主要用途：用于为您创建账户、身份验证、登录校验、账号安全保护、找回密码/账号、向您展示账户信息以及与账户相关的设置。

2. 车辆绑定与管理功能

   当您在本应用中添加、绑定或管理车辆时，我们会收集并使用：

   • 车辆信息：车辆型号、车辆识别码（如车架号、SN码等）、车辆出厂配置、车辆状态（如电量、电机状态、故障码等）。
   • 绑定信息：车辆与您的账户之间的绑定关系、绑定时间、绑定方式（例如扫码、蓝牙搜索、序列号输入等）。

   主要用途：实现车辆绑定与解绑、车辆信息展示、车辆状态监控、售后服务支持及与车辆相关的安全管理。

3. 车辆控制与安全防护功能

   为提供远程解锁/上锁、模式切换、防盗提醒等控制与安全功能，我们会收集并使用：

   • 设备及网络信息：您的移动设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识（如设备ID）、网络类型、IP地址等，用于识别设备、适配系统版本和进行安全风控。
   • 控制操作信息：您在本应用内对车辆发出的指令（如解锁、上锁、开关灯、动力模式调整、性能设置变更等）、操作时间、操作结果。
   • 安全日志信息：为保障交易与控制安全，我们会记录相关操作日志，包括异常登录、异常控制指令、风险提示等信息。

   主要用途：实现车辆远程控制、提升交互体验，并用于安全审计、异常行为识别和风险预警。

4. 车辆轨迹、骑行记录与性能分析功能

   当您使用骑行记录、轨迹回放、性能分析等功能时，我们会收集并使用：

   • 车辆位置与轨迹信息：车辆设备上报或服务端返回的车辆位置、车辆轨迹点、骑行开始/结束时间、骑行时长、里程、速度、能耗、故障或运行统计等骑行记录。
   • 骑行数据：速度、加速度、里程、坡度、骑行时长、能耗、平均速度等运动数据或车辆运行参数。
   • 轨迹与统计信息：轨迹路线、历史骑行记录、统计分析结果（如总里程、累计时长、骑行频次等）。

   主要用途：为您提供车辆位置展示、轨迹展示、骑行统计、性能曲线、行程回顾及相关个性化服务。本应用当前的骑行轨迹主要来源于车辆设备/服务端记录并返回的数据，不等同于本应用持续采集您的手机GPS轨迹。

5. 客户服务与问题反馈功能

   当您通过应用内反馈、客服渠道联系我们时，我们会收集并使用：

   • 联系方式：您主动提供的手机号、邮箱、联系地址或其他联系方式。
   • 问题描述与附件：您提交的文字、图片、视频、日志文件等，用于问题排查和处理。
   • 服务记录：与您沟通的记录、处理进度与结果。

   主要用途：回复您的咨询、处理您的投诉或建议、改进我们的产品和服务质量。

6. 安全保障、运行维护与优化改进

   为保障本应用与服务的安全稳定运行，并持续改进产品体验，我们还可能收集：

   • 日志信息：应用崩溃记录、系统活动信息、访问时间、访问页面、点击行为、功能使用频率等。
   • 统计与分析信息：在去标识化或匿名化后，用于统计分析和产品优化的数据。

   主要用途：分析和解决系统故障、优化性能与交互设计、预防网络攻击和欺诈行为，提升整体服务质量。

7. 剪贴板权限

   当您在应用内主动点击复制按钮时，我们会使用剪贴板权限将车辆信息（如车架号、SN码等）复制到系统剪贴板，方便您粘贴使用。

   主要用途：仅在您主动触发复制操作时使用，不会后台读取或监控剪贴板内容。

8. 其他经您授权或法律允许的用途

   在超出上述目的使用您的个人信息前，我们会再次征求您的明示同意或确认已符合法律法规关于个人信息处理的其他合法事由。

三、我们如何存储和保护您的信息

（一）存储地点
依照适用法律法规的要求，我们会将收集和产生的您的个人信息存储在中华人民共和国境内。确需跨境提供的，我们会依法另行征得您的单独同意，并采取相应的安全措施。

（二）存储期限
我们仅在实现本隐私政策所述目的所必需的最短期限内保存您的个人信息，超过期限后将删除或匿名化处理。不同类型信息的一般保存期限包括但不限于：

• 账户信息：自您注册成功至您主动注销账户或我们终止提供服务后的合理必要期限（用于处理投诉、争议等）；
• 车辆绑定与控制相关信息：通常在您保持车辆绑定关系期间予以保存，解绑或不再使用相关功能后，我们将依据业务需要和法律要求进行删除或匿名化处理；
• 轨迹与骑行记录：我们会在为您提供轨迹展示、统计分析等服务所必需的期间内保存，您可以在应用中查看和管理部分历史记录；
• 日志信息与安全记录：一般会在不超过法律法规或监管要求的期限内保存，用于安全审计与纠纷处理。

（三）安全措施
我们采用符合业界标准的安全防护措施来保护您的个人信息不被未经授权的访问、使用、修改、披露或丢失，包括但不限于：数据加密、脱敏处理、访问控制机制、安全审计、备份与恢复机制、传输加密协议等。

尽管已经采取合理且必要的安全保护措施，但互联网上不存在“绝对安全”的网络环境。若发生个人信息安全事件，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知基本情况和可能影响、已采取或将要采取的处置措施等，并在必要时向有关主管部门报告。

当您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您主动注销账户，或我们终止本应用的全部服务时，我们将按照法律法规的要求删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息，但法律法规另有规定或为履行法定义务、解决争议、维护合法权益所必需的情形除外。

四、信息共享与披露

我们不会向第三方出售、交易或出租您的个人信息。但在以下情况下，我们可能会共享或披露您的信息：

删除账号操作说明：在“我的”页面，点击右上角设置按钮；在设置页面点击“注销账号”；进入“注销账号”页面后点击“确认注销”，并在二次确认后即可完成账号删除。

数据删除说明：您完成账号注销后，我们将删除与该账号相关的个人信息，这些数据无法恢复。

六、未成年人保护

我们非常重视未成年人的个人信息保护。如果您是未满18周岁的未成年人，请在您的父母或监护人的陪同下仔细阅读本隐私政策，并在征得您的父母或监护人同意后使用本应用。如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的父母或监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息，我们会设法尽快删除相关数据。

Zhejiang Apollo Sports Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company") attaches great importance to user privacy protection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our RFN application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

When you use the Application, tap Agree, or continue to use related services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please stop using the Application immediately.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Information

To provide the core functions of the Application, including registration and login, vehicle binding and management, vehicle control, vehicle route records, and service security, we collect and use your personal information based on different business functions under the principle of minimum necessity. Unless otherwise stated, if you refuse to provide the corresponding information, the related function may not be available, but this will not affect your use of other services unrelated to that function.

1. Registration and Login

   To create and manage your RFN account, we collect and use:

   • Account information: mobile phone number, email address (if applicable), username, avatar (if uploaded by you), password, or encrypted password verification information.
   • Identity verification information: where required by laws and regulations or risk control needs, we may collect real-name information such as your legal name and ID number (if applicable).

   Main purposes: to create your account, verify identity, check login credentials, protect account security, recover your password or account, display account information, and provide account-related settings.

2. Vehicle Binding and Management

   When you add, bind, or manage a vehicle in the Application, we collect and use:

   • Vehicle information: vehicle model, vehicle identification information (such as frame number, SN code, etc.), factory configuration, and vehicle status (such as battery level, motor status, fault codes, etc.).
   • Binding information: the binding relationship between the vehicle and your account, binding time, and binding method (such as QR code scanning, Bluetooth search, serial number entry, etc.).

   Main purposes: to bind and unbind vehicles, display vehicle information, monitor vehicle status, support after-sales service, and manage vehicle-related security.

3. Vehicle Control and Security Protection

   To provide control and security functions such as remote unlocking/locking, mode switching, and anti-theft alerts, we collect and use:

   • Device and network information: your mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as device ID), network type, IP address, etc., for device identification, system compatibility, and security risk control.
   • Control operation information: commands you send to the vehicle through the Application (such as unlock, lock, light control, power mode adjustment, performance setting changes, etc.), operation time, and operation results.
   • Security log information: to ensure transaction and control security, we record related operation logs, including abnormal logins, abnormal control commands, risk alerts, and similar information.

   Main purposes: to provide remote vehicle control, improve the interaction experience, and support security audits, abnormal behavior identification, and risk warnings.

4. Vehicle Routes, Ride Records, and Performance Analysis

   When you use functions such as ride records, route playback, and performance analysis, we collect and use:

   • Vehicle location and route information: vehicle locations, route points, ride start/end time, ride duration, mileage, speed, energy consumption, faults, or operation statistics reported by the vehicle device or returned by the server.
   • Ride data: speed, acceleration, mileage, gradient, ride duration, energy consumption, average speed, and other movement data or vehicle operating parameters.
   • Route and statistics information: route paths, historical ride records, and statistical analysis results (such as total mileage, accumulated duration, ride frequency, etc.).

   Main purposes: to provide vehicle location display, route display, ride statistics, performance curves, trip reviews, and related personalized services. The current ride routes in the Application mainly come from data recorded by vehicle devices or the server and returned to the Application, and are not equivalent to the Application continuously collecting your phone GPS route.

5. Customer Service and Feedback

   When you contact us through in-app feedback or customer service channels, we collect and use:

   • Contact information: mobile phone number, email address, contact address, or other contact details you voluntarily provide.
   • Issue descriptions and attachments: text, images, videos, log files, and other materials you submit for troubleshooting and handling.
   • Service records: records of communication with you, handling progress, and results.

   Main purposes: to respond to your inquiries, handle complaints or suggestions, and improve the quality of our products and services.

6. Security, Operation Maintenance, and Optimization

   To keep the Application and services secure and stable and to continuously improve the product experience, we may also collect:

   • Log information: application crash records, system activity information, access time, visited pages, click behavior, feature usage frequency, etc.
   • Statistics and analysis information: data used for statistical analysis and product optimization after de-identification or anonymization.

   Main purposes: to analyze and resolve system faults, optimize performance and interaction design, prevent network attacks and fraud, and improve overall service quality.

7. Clipboard Permission

   When you actively tap a copy button in the Application, we use clipboard permission to copy vehicle information, such as the frame number or SN code, to the system clipboard for your convenience.

   Main purpose: this is used only when you actively trigger a copy operation. We do not read or monitor clipboard content in the background.

8. Other Uses Authorized by You or Permitted by Law

   Before using your personal information for purposes beyond those described above, we will ask for your explicit consent again or confirm that another lawful basis for personal information processing under applicable laws and regulations applies.

III. How We Store and Protect Your Information

(1) Storage Location
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we store the personal information we collect and generate about you within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If cross-border provision is necessary, we will separately obtain your separate consent in accordance with the law and take corresponding security measures.

(2) Retention Period
We retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, after which we will delete or anonymize it. General retention periods for different types of information include but are not limited to:

• Account information: from successful registration until you actively delete your account or for a reasonable necessary period after we stop providing services, such as for handling complaints or disputes;
• Vehicle binding and control-related information: usually retained while you maintain the vehicle binding relationship. After unbinding or no longer using related functions, we will delete or anonymize it according to business needs and legal requirements;
• Route and ride records: retained for the period necessary to provide services such as route display and statistical analysis. You can view and manage certain historical records in the Application;
• Log information and security records: generally retained for no longer than the period required by laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements for security audits and dispute handling.

(3) Security Measures
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or loss, including but not limited to data encryption, desensitization, access control mechanisms, security audits, backup and recovery mechanisms, and encrypted transmission protocols.

Although we have taken reasonable and necessary security protection measures, there is no "absolute security" on the internet. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will inform you of the basic situation, possible impact, measures taken or to be taken, and other information in accordance with laws and regulations, and report to the competent authorities when necessary.

When you stop using our products or services, actively delete your account, or we terminate all services of the Application, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise or where retention is necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate rights and interests.

IV. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances:

1. With your explicit consent or authorization;
2. As required by laws and regulations, judicial authorities, or administrative authorities;
3. As necessary to perform this Privacy Policy or the User Agreement, or to process your request;
4. In emergencies, to protect the life, property, or lawful rights and interests of users, us, or the public;
5. Sharing with our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, but only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and such third parties must comply with corresponding confidentiality obligations.

To exercise the rights above, you may submit a request through the "Settings" function in the Application or contact our customer service.

Account deletion instructions: on the "My" page, tap the settings button in the upper-right corner. On the settings page, tap "Delete Account". After entering the "Delete Account" page, tap "Confirm Deletion" and complete the secondary confirmation to delete the account.

Data deletion instructions: after your account is deleted, we will delete the personal information associated with that account. This data cannot be recovered.

VI. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read this Privacy Policy carefully with your parents or guardians and use the Application only after obtaining the consent of your parents or guardians. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without prior verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
